Lauretta joined RPCV with decades of senior executive experience in the health, aged care and community sectors, including a 10-year period as CEO of a National peak body.
Lauretta’s former roles, as CEO of a National peak body and General Manager in the Aged Care sector, have honed her skills to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
She self describes her style as open and focused on actively listening to all stakeholders who have a constructive contribution to make.
Lauretta has a Bachelor of Science (Hons), an Accounting Conversion Degree, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is also a qualified personal trainer with a passion for community health and wellbeing.
Job role:
Lauretta provides overall leadership of the organisation. Working closely with the Trust Members and Leadership Team, Lauretta is responsible for implementing the strategic direction of the organisation and ensuring that it delivers valued services to the community and operates in an ethical, professional, and sustainable way.
