Executive Team

The executive team ensures RPCV’s activities are consistent with the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003, and with the organisation's policies, procedures and strategic plan.

Trust Members

The Trust is responsible for the governance of the organisation including the key roles of setting strategic direction, approving the annual budget, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, developing policy, high level stakeholder management and ensuring that a risk management framework is in place.

Trust Members are appointed by the Victorian Government.

Community Advisory Committee

The purpose of the Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is to assist RPCV in facilitating community engagement and to ensure that we understand the needs and preferences of the diverse communities that we serve.

The Committee also assists RPCV by ensuring that our policies and services are informed by community input such as local knowledge, religious, cultural, and heritage perspectives.
